by

EXO

Forming in 2012, EXO is a South Korean-Chinese boy band that have a unique concept. The 12-piece are broken up into two sub-groups, Exo-K and Exo-M and promote and perform the same music in Korean and Mandarin to their respective countries. It is a plan that is so simple and that has also proven to be highly effective, having garnered a mass of attention around Asia. Exo-K (Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, D.O. Kai and Sehun) and Exo-M (Kris, Xiumin, Lu Han, Lay, Chen and Tao), as well as their creator Lee Soo-Man of SM Entertainment, have been wowing all in the music industry after breaking the mould of traditional pop bands.

After several teaser photos were released revealing the bands’ debut album XOXO, fans may now rejoice as the long wait is finally over. The album, out now, has already been making waves with singles “Wolf” and “Baby, Don’t Cry” making the Top 30 Asia charts on multiple occasions. We won’t be surprised if even more tracks from said album keep appearing in the upcoming charts.
