Following up on its delicious looking first round lineup, dance music festival ZoukOut has announced its full artist roster and it’s looking like one of the best in the event’s 15-year history.
The first announcement had punters reeling with the announcement of internationally renown acts like Tiesto, R3HAB, Kaskade, Axwell & Ingrosso but ZoukOut has delivered a knockout blow with the addition of Porter Robinson, Paul Kalkbrenner, Armin Van Buuren and a host of local favourites including Aldrin, Vandetta, Kiat, and TheLionCityBoy.
Held on December 11 and 12 at Siloso Beach in Sentosa, the event has become the benchmark for electronic music festivals in the South-east Asian region, atttracting crowds from as far as the United States and Europe.
Its organiser, nightclub Zouk, announced the final wave of the annual ZoukOut festival line-up in June but have truly outdone themselves with this latest announcement, promising over 40 of the biggest names in the EDM and deep house scene.
Sofie Chandra, Zouk’s head of marketing and events says: “ZoukOut is becoming an internationally known event, and we have seen more artistes wanting to perform here to be part of a world-class experience.”
She continued: “The first edition of ZoukOut in 2000 saw a mere 8,000 revellers attending the festival, but it has since grown to attract 50,000 people last year.”
The marquee event will mark the final hurrah for Singapore’s favourite nocturnal playground as Zouk moves from its 24 year home in Jiak Kim Street to its new location in Clarke Quay by September next year.
Folks can start prepping up their cards to make their ticket purchase which range from $158 for single-day passes up to $258 if you want to party up on both days. Stay updated on the ZoukOut Facebook page.
