#ITS2016 It’s The Ship Announces Full Lineup and surprise guest host

The lineup for It’s The Ship just gets bigger and bigger, with the full lineup revealed, featuring more than 60 acts and a surprise host in the form of David Hasselhoff.

The third edition of the highly anticipated festival cruise is set to take place from 4th – 7th November on the luxurious Royal Caribbean International cruise liner.

Last year saw almost 4,000 punters from more than 60 countries attend the floating festival and this year it’s set to be bigger, splashier with more than 60 acts from around the world. The event covers a wide range of music genres, with new shows and acts – alongside crowd pleasers Knife Party, Andrew Rayel, Sander Van Doorn, Joel Fletcher, Marlo, along with local favorites like Sunju Hargun and Far East Movement.

There’s no need to worry about safety on the ship, as keeping a watchful eye over the festivities is none other other than Baywatch’s main man The Hoff, who will be taking care of hosting duties.

The four-day IT’S THE SHIP, which sets sail on November 4 from Singapore to Penang and back to Singapore on November 7, is Asia’s largest and the world’s second biggest EDM festival cruise. More than 3,800 guests from across 50 countries are expected to set ail on the once in a lifetime adventure.

This year, IT’S THE SHIP will see the introduction of exciting themed nights on multiple stages. On the first night, fans will be able to experience music from the talented pool of Australian DJs of Lucky Ent. who will be hosting the “Get Lucky” stage at the Hot Tub Time Machine featuring Kate Foxx, Joel Fletcher, Mashd N Kutcher, Some Blonde, Brooklyn, and Lucille Croft.

To mark IT’S THE SHIP’s debut of Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano’s, the charismatic Dutch duo will present their concept show, Sexy By Nature, for the first time in Asia.

On the final night of IT’S THE SHIP, Armada Night is poised to take over with Andrew Rayel, Marlo, David Gravell, Khomha, and Ben Gold helming the decks

As one of the world’s biggest cruise liners, the Royal Caribbean International has a host of spectacular facilities including 17 clubs, bars and lounges, 15 decks, 10 pools and whirlpools, an ice skating rink rock climbing wall, mini golf course, basketball court, casino an onboard mall.

Livescape Group CEO Mohammad Iqbal commented, “we believe that we have put together a solid, diverse and multi-genre line-up this year. With IT’S THE SHIP going into its third year, we wanted to refresh the customer journey by bringing acts whom we think will help us create the perfect engagement with the fans on board.

“In true Livescape fashion, we still have a couple more things up our sleeves to further enhance the IT’S THE SHIP experience so we’re excited to see how these different entertainment elements will come together to provide a one of a kind adventure for our returning shipmates and new ones,” he concluded.
