Against The Current return to Asia, announce Singapore and Philippines tour dates this September

YouTube sensations Against The Current have announced a Southeast Asian tour in support of their debut studio album, “In Our Bones”.

The band will kick off their “In The Bones” World Tour in Asia this September with shows in Seoul, followed by performances in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan before embarking on the European leg of their tour.

Released on 20th May , their debut album consists of 12 self-written tracks including “Forget Me Now”, “Running With The Wild Things”, and “Blood Like Gasoline”.

Led by frontman Chrissy Costanza, the group formed in 2011 and gained fame after posting covers of various songs on YouTube and their collaborations with YouTube stars like Sam Tsui and Alex Goot.  The band is probably best known for their cover of Taylor Swift’s “Red” as the video gained over 19 million views since its release in February 2014.

The band are no strangers to Southeast Asia, having visited in August 2014, with friend and collaborator Alex Goot, touring Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and again in 2015, performing in Hong Kong.
