The Hot List: What’s on in Manilla this August



There’s plenty to be excited about for music lovers in the Philippines with a number of high profile acts touching down for the first time and a number of familiar faces returning to the nation’s capital. Ariana Grande plays one of only two shows in the region and Carly Rae Jepson is performing for her only show in South-east Asia in the nation’s capital whilst free shows from Sheppard and Walk the Moon won’t break the bank. Sheppard Live in Manila

What’s the one thing better than seeing catchy Australian indie pop band Sheppard? Seeing them for free of course. The band achieved international recognition with their debut album Bombs Away in 2104 and the global smash hit “Geronimo” and will be performing in a special show at Mall of Asia Arena on August 11. Be sure to get there early to avoid disappointment!
