Music Matters assemble incredible international line-up for Asia’s premier independent music festival

If you’re in Singapore between September 12-15 and don’t have any plans, you do now.

Celebrating its sixth year, the festival is a celebration of live music from across the indeed from around the world. It has become the most important gateway for artists looking to break into the region and consistently providing one of the best free weekend’s of music in Singapore of the year.

 

Sandwiched between Ultra Singapore and The Singapore Formula One Grand Prix, all the Music Matters performances are free to the public, giving a bit of reprieve to your wallet after what’s sure to be an expensive couple of weekends.

 

The first 24 acts to perform at the festival have been revealed, with an eclectic selection of artists from all across Asia and across the globe coming to perform including 4x platinum Australian artists The Veronicas, emerging Indian dubstep producer Nucleya, Thai band Slot Machine, Filipino rapper Quest among many others. The festival has even managed to poach some of the performers from the other festivals with from the addition of New Zealand’s Aaradhana (from her Formula One performances) and Australian act Slumberjack who are on the bill for Ultra Singapore. 

 

In addition to the performances,  there will be keynote speeches at All That Matters by chairmen from Live Nation Entertainment and Sony Music’s Asian division, along with successful a capella group Pentatonix.

 

All That Matters is happening from 12 to 15 September at Marina Bay Sands.
