Jazz diva Diana Krall returns to Asia next month for a series of shows, promoting her critically acclaimed and commercially successful pop album, Wallflower.
The gifted Canadian pianist and vocalist will be returning to Asia to perform a series of shows that will see her stopping in at Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Taiwan and South Korea.
She made her name as a leading figure in jazz, establishing herself as one of the genre’s best-selling and acclaimed female artists, but for her latest album, Diana Krall has gone pop. The five time GRAMMY Award winning jazz pianist and world-renowned singer Diana Krall has been showered with praise for her latest offering “Wallflower”, which includes her own take on popular classics from the late ‘60s to present day.
The Wallflower World Tour will see Krall performing interpretations of the music that has influenced her since her early years, including the Eagles’ “Desperado” and the title track, Bob Dylan’s “Wallflower”. Diana’s unique artistry transcends all musical styles and has made her one of the most recognizable artists of our time.
The tour will see her play over 100 shows across Europe and the United States in addition to her performances in Asia.
