Geisha Gig “Hello 2014”!

The New Year’s Eve Geisha gig, entitled “Hello 2014”, will be a fitting end to 2013 after all the bands have enjoyed a successful year. Last week Noah were voted ‘Best Band’ at the SCTV awards for the second year running. They have also released a biopic film, Awal Semula, which followed the band throughout their come back tour and was premiered in Jakarta, which Geisha also performed at.

Nidji recently showed off their new NEV (Nidji Electronic Version) at the Sundown festival in Singapore. The band have played live constantly throughout the year to a growing army of fans. Lead singer Giring is also the Founder of music community ‘Kincir’, which is starting to build a reputation within Indonesia as a great Asian alternative to sites such as Reverb Nation.

Geisha are currently on tour and posted a series of photos on their Twitter showing the band and audience excitement during a Geisha gig.
