Mac Demarco To Play Intimate Shows In Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia

Mac Demarco, the scraggy haired troubadour from Canada, with his gap toothed smile and carefree demeanour has cemented himself as the clown price of indie rock over the course of his three records. He’s also just commenced a whirlwind world tour that will see him touching down in Australia, North America and Europe playing at major international festivals like Coachella in addition to a handful of more intimate side shows across Southeast Asia.

The charming and talented Canadian songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and multimedia artist will be bringing his particular blend of dreamy, brohemian stoner rock sound to Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia for the first time before heading to Laneway Festival in Singapore and beyond.

Known for his playful presence, unhinged and, at times, wild performance on stage and bizarrely cheeky videos, his releases have been met with critical acclaim. All of these are part of Mac DeMarco’s allure and have earned him a cult following – so much so that his filthy tour trainers recently sold on ebay for a staggering $21,000! His most recent album, Salad Days has earned many accolades from the press and music fans alike, and was nominated for Canada’s prestigious Polaris Music Prize in 2014.

Don’t miss your chance to see this world class performer at the top of his game.
