Britney Spears Worked it, B*tch.

Now that electronic dance music (EDM) is the main thing these days, pop stars and bands are starting to collaborate with the DJs – take David Guetta and Destiny’s Child‘s Kelly Rowland‘s “When Love Takes Over”, Calvin Harris and Rihanna‘s “We Found Love”, Zedd and Paramore‘s Hayley Williams‘ “Stay the Night“, and the current Top 30 charts favorite, Steve Aoki and Linkin Park‘s “A Light That Never Comes”. So when Britney Spears released “Work Bitch” in September and revealed that she’s working with Otto Knows, the guy responsible for the infectious “Million Voices” (if you’ve been out at least once in a club, you’ve heard it, we’re sure), we can almost imagine what it would sound like: beats, sexy spoken words, and well, more beats.

Britney was fast on her toes and decided to officially release “Work Bitch” as soon as she found out about the single leaking earlier than the planned date, later on teasing everyone with a clip of her upcoming music video. Now that the full video is out – coincidentally (or maybe intentionally?), 15 years after “Baby One More Time” – the pop star did work it, much like her repetitive “You better work, bitch” chorus. The mom of two strutted and danced in various scenes: in a desert, a parking lot, a pool with sharks swimming by, and – with a hint of nostalgia – in a club looking very much like she did in her “You Drive Me (Crazy)” music video.

See Britney Spears in action and wonder if she recently sipped a cup or two from the fountain of youth – she’s looking much better these days.
