VIDEO: At Sunset – Rush

It has been quite a year for the At Sunset boys. In a little over 12 months they have accomplished what only a handful of new artists can spend their entire music careers trying to achieve. Since their formation in 2012, Australian lads Harrison Kantarias (vocals), Jae Curtis (guitar, drums) and Andrew Kantarias (vocals, keys) have just one EP under their belts and have already received national, commercial airplay, have made international activity, are responsible for a number of viral videos and have a community of loyal fans who collectively call themselves ‘Sunsetters’. With their new single “Rush” just released, the boys are armed and ready to hit 2013 with full force.

“Rush” is the first single from their upcoming, debut album due for release later this year. The single has since been nabbed by Filipino teen drama show TeenGen which has opened doors in Asia and sees potential for them to further explore the new region. And there are no surprises here. At Sunset have a brotherly comradery which has translated into a mass appeal. Their YouTube vlogs are a must-see for this.

Accompanying “Rush” is their much hyped video clip directed by Robert Honti. The apocalypse-themed clip will have to suffice for now while we eagerly await the release of their debut, out later this year.
